Other Vincent is a tad fixated on his brother, so tread carefully when mentioning Gilbert especially when there are scissors present. As for his appearance, Vincent wears an ascot, a vest in Iolite purple, a white dress shirt, pants from Beauty's realm, and has cufflinks like so in silver along with ruby stud earrings. New realm outfit!
Warning As he has Dormouse back, Vincent can put people to sleep at will. He has to maintain contact with their head for awhile, around half a minute, for it to take, though. So, he won't be able to roofie all the people, but it is a strong possibility if he has the chance that he will take it. Also, he has Demios back, but that is more unlikely to happen than Dormouse.
